In 2014 I stayed there for 40 days. In those 40 days I observed a complete life cycle of bird family. In mid April a pair of birds built a nest in the balcony. (Unfortunately I do not know the name of this bird species). It was made of mud, grass etc. At the end of April the female laid her eggs. She was incubating these eggs while the male made frequent visits to this nest to feed her. In first week of May the baby birds came out of the eggs and started chirping continuously, which disturbed the atmosphere but I enjoyed to watch their growth everyday. In the last week of May the babies were learning to fly and in a week's time, they were independent and flew away. The nest was empty as the parents also left the nest. Now it was my time also to come back to India. That time my son might be undergoing "empty nest syndrome" SVMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17880201755150676736noreply@blogger.com
